There isn't and there will never be as clash of clans does it server-sided, the only thing you can do is joining a private server of clash of clans with unlimited gems and coins bit these have still much bugs

My cousin has a dude in his clan that gives people COC gem codes to redeem and they work all the time but he's on android is there a way to do it because the guy wont tell us how to

These have nothing to do with Supercell, He glitches/hacks Playstore Cards Codes to buy Gems...
