As of right now.. No u cannot jailbreak the 4S.. but the jailbreak should be coming in the next month or so... due to the fact p0sixninja found 5 exploits for the iphone 4S before it was even announced, using the iPad 2's A5 Chip..

No, you can't jailbreak 4S for now unless you can install iOS 4.3.3 in that device but is impossible because the lowest you can is iOS5. Wait for a new jaibreak it is supposed to be release soon.

I believe what they found were exploits in the bootrom, but Apple is more than likely able to patch this in the next iOS 5 update
