(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm Trying to Upgrade to 5.0.1 from 5.0 And I just found out that i can Bypass the first error message with Tinyumbrella. (3194) Yet i run into the error message (11) And this means i do not have the Correct SHSH blobs for 5.0.1 for the apple signing. So, Is there a way to DL the FW 5.0.1 WITH the blobs or do i have to have a special set? I'm going to try one more thing tonight before i go to be. May take a few hours... But any useful info would be greatly appreciated.

(EDIT) I am On an iphone4 If that makes a difference. This is the specific path for The iPhone4 5.0.1 On GSM (ATT) - iPhone3,1_5.0.1_9A405_Restore

Was it ever on 5.0.1? Also, assuming you have Cydia installed, does it say you have that SHSH when you first open it up?

If you're on 5.0 you don't need the SHSH Blobs to update to 5.0.1, what you need to do is download the IPSW and use the restore option on iTunes but holding shift so you can select the IPSW file. But remember if you need to unlock the iPhone use google or something to see if you can unlock it. Winky Winky
