Post: DFU not reconizable (help)

I've been trying to jailbreak this iPod by using the greenpois0n 6.1 jailbreak. I follow the instruction of putting it in DFU mode, but it wont work. I've done DFU mode before when unbricking my ipod, but i don't know if its the program or the iPod that is not working. if you can help reply to this thread.

What you're going to need to do is put your device into Pwned DFU, and see if that works. To do so, download You must login or register to view this content.. Then:
1. Open in administrator mode, and click on Extras > Pwned DFU and follow the steps given.
2. Once done, close out of redsn0w and open greenpois0n.
Tell me if that works.

I actually got it to work by trying it on a different pc shortly after I posted the thread, but thanks for the suggestion.

I got it to work on a different pc. But is there another way so that I can install android Os on my iPod 2g. If u know a way please tell me? I know it works on the first gen.

I'm pretty sure OpeniBoot is compatible with iPod Toucht 2G. Just search up Bootlace in Cydia.
