(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Alirght, so I tried to jailbreak my iPad 2 using Absinthe Jailbreak, and it worked. I got Cydia, opened it, and it started extracting. My iPad rebooted, and when I unlocked it, every basic app on my iPad was gone (Safari, Camera, Photos, Mail, iMessage, etc.). The Cydia icon is not there anymore either. It's not the app restrictions, I tried that, and I even tried searching for it, but nothing shows up. I tried restoring from my backup, and it didn't work, and tried to restore but I kept getting a connection error. Please help me guys! It's an iPad 2, version 5.1.1.

I appreciate the advice, I'll try to restore it via iTunes later, right now it's giving me an error saying it can't connect to the server.

Okay, so first u should do a restore, DFU mode.. And restore it complete new. After it done u should have ur things back.. If u have a backup with cydia on, like if u made one after u did the jailbreak, don't use it. If u have a older one, u should use it. After it done and ur things are still there do a new backup.. Rejailbreak and when it happends again, than I don't know now:/ but u should try it that way.. If u get an error reboot ur Mac/Pc and try it again.

Haha luckily I backed up my iPad on iTunes before jailbreaking. What I did was just a restore, then set up the iPad from the backup I made. Hopefully other people with the same issue will see this. Thanks for everyone's help!
