I am guessing your Idevice is jailbroken. So I am guessing there is a way to add memes to existing emoji apps through Ifile. I will look into it.

sure, but with this method only u can see it

i think we need follow my step; unpack app, add meme, repack, and share new emaji for all!
atm there is no way to get meme icon on emoji!

This is true. I am sure the image you found was either fake or they used my method which of course would render useless.
