How can this be done??

Can I download an app from my smart phone??

Would I be able to just use the bluetooth function on any divice, say my tablet and ask it to play, change traks turn up the volume etc??

Or would I have to have a have an Ipad or some other apple device?

I think I have a good Idea about what to do just want to be sure i am thinking the right thing.
