Also I don't want to just use a modded save because i want to edit certain things in my save and carry on from there

check all the .plist folders, it usually has them in the com.apple plist file

I know an app on Windows called IDA PRO is pretty good for finding offsets and all that, but I forget how to do it Hope you find it out... If you don't have Flex, you should get that too since you seem like you're into Cheating\Coding iOS stuff.
