It doesn't recognize my WiFi but my ps3 has a 100% connection along with my laptop and old iPod touch, no cameras on/off button on top left, when I hold my iPod right above the router it has 3 bars but when I'm about three feet away it loses connection. Any thoughts on why this might be doing this? Any solutions? +Rep for the solution that works!

I would recommend trying to restore the iPod touch and see if that fixes it. If that doesn't help your wireless antenna may be damaged.

Try restoring it and see if that helps. If not maybe your router has MAC Filter Enabled. You would need to uncheck it so your ipod touch can connect.
