i just got new iphone on ios 7.0.4 and i want to update it to 7.0.6 not 7.1 every time i try to update i get error anyone know way ?

Is it jailbroken? If so you'll need too completely restore your phone because it protects the jailbroken kernel from accidentally being updated and crashing the iOS so back up and restore your phone with the downloaded ipsw 7.0.6 that should work?

no that's the problem the iPhone is new just got it

Ohh okay strange umm is the ipsw for your phone? All devices require different ipsw's, and also do you have the latest version of iTunes sometimes that can be a problem

i just found out that its impossible to restore to anything less then 7.1

Sucks I guess they stop signing them :/
