if device is jailbroken you had to have installed a bug source or app. Happened to me before i just deleted all cydia apps that i recently installed.

Yea status hud 2 but when I was on ios 7 and had it nothing ever happened

Check your most recently installed tab on Cydia.

Remove one by one until its fixed, then you can pin down whats causing you the problem.

Most likely an incompatible tweak.

Like Alt Said, check the recent apps you added most probably is you installed incompatible app and its causing problems
