Yeah i had similar problem with my 5s when i enter iCloud it kicks me out, i never figured out though, just today i exchanged my 16GB 5s gold with new 32GB white cause i'm planning on reversing ios apps and games, anyway returning to your issue just install some app called iCleaner from cydia (cracked version from insanelyi repo), then just try to disable tweaks and see which one causing the crash.

I got it fix by removing the some of the most recent tweaks I got from Cydia.

Generally speaking, uninstalling the most recent tweak you've installed from Cydia will fix it.
