ok well u did use brush if not then a c4d cause i could see the c4d and i can see the clip masking 
, ok so 1. lighting is bad, 2. there is no blending what so ever, 3.the text is bad. i think it would look alot better with a bit more blending use a smal grunge smudge with scatter and jitter, and blend in the text more too.
