(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am wondering how you can place two clips in the same place for example if you wanted a good dramatic look and had one guy facing forward shooting his pistol, then a sideways shot of a sniper as an example as I don't know how else to explain it. Basically so you have a guy shooting a pistol in the left side and the sniper taking up the right side, or blend it.

Ive tried putting the layers on top of each other so they overlap but that is basically just a transition, not actually playing them both at the same time?

If you're using Sony Vegas Pro you need to use the Track motion tool, which is the strange square with another Square inside it with an arrow, located on the left pane next to the video. You can then manually change the size of the selected clip, but it Locks aspect ratio. To stop that simply click the lock ascpect ratio button located on the top of this window. You can preview the clip in the preview box as you change it. Then to move the clip simply click and drag on the box with a circle in the centre. Do this for both clips, and position them side by side Hope this helps!

yeah one more thing, for videos that you are going to be using that are in spectator mode(like for an opening or cutscene) to get rid of the buttons(like chase and score) along with where it says spectator... do you just simply use the the pan/crop tool and just crop out the parts that have that?... but wouldn't that mess up the ratio or whatever because it would be smaller?

No, if you crop it it will work fine. Crop from a corner and it locks the ratio. However the video will be full screen, but will also slightly cut off on the sides, if you get my drift. hmm, well heres another idea I just thought of. If I was able to go to soft contrast and than use the default warm vignette and have it match the color correction so that border lightly covers the spectator crap, would it still look good but you cant see that stuff?
