add a c4d to the one car (not the police one) , blend those cars , add some lightning , improve the quality and so on ...

How do I improve quality? It was fine in photoshop.(I'll try tho..)

uhm your backgrounds are'nt the best you need to add some blending, effects, with cars the pen tool is great.. the animation is really good..7/10

Like fade the cars' edges? to blend?
I've been working on my back grounds, but this one is just a few c4ds. how many layers(about) do you have just for background when your done?
