I finally found a way to get good quality with a dazzle. Basically, you leave the video interlaced. However, you add Gaussian Blur and sharpen the video. What happens then is it blurs the interlacing lines without taking away the quality of the video

One other thing, to record with mjpeg, you need a decent computer. I have a quad core so I don't have much of a problem with it. However if needed you can lower it to about 80-85 without really losing quality if you can't record at 100%.
