HD PVRs are too expensive unless you are a YT Partner, and the old dazzle just isnt able to keep up with the HD videos out there by the rich kids. But the one thing we do have is experiance and rendering optimisation.

This tutorial aims to explain how to record footage from consoles to your PC with a dazzle capture card. Then increase quality with some rendering and then upload this video content in 720p to Youtube. So here we go...

First you will need:
Games Console - Xb360, PS3, Wii
PC/Laptop - Win/Mac
Consoles Composite Cables - Red, Yellow, White Cables.
x2 Extra Composite Cables
x3 Splitters
Dazzle Capture Card
Instant Dvd Recorder
Sony Vegas Pro - v8/v9

Start by connecting the composite cables from your console into the input connector on your splitters. You should have 1 splitter for each colour of cable. Now connect the other composite cables into the splitters so you have 3yellow cables in one splitter, 3 red on another and 3 white in the last. Connect these cables into your TV and the other set into your dazzle. Then your dazzle to your PC usb2.0 slot

[If you don't follow this well don't worry the video will be ready shortly.]

Now you have it set up just some software installs but I will let you figure that out yourself. To record you must set your console to SD. I currently use PS3 to record as there is less technical problems but both consoles are similar in method. Go to Settings> Display and choose Composite. Then go to Game settings and enable upscailing but disable colour correction. This will allow you to play in 480p/ 720p and will remove the blurryness around text that sometimes appears.

This method will give your the highest SD quality settings on a HDTV, but will not effect your recording to improve that you need to use Sony Vegas. I would love to take the credit but I can't the rendering settings I use are not my own - [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCKGWftuQCI"]YouTube- [Tutorial] How to get the best Dazzle quality ever![/ame] - what that video to see what rendering effect are best.
