I'm gonna say a 4 to be honest.
Its not great but for a text signature it could of being a lot worse.

The only thing I can suggest is tutorials and experimenting may make it better next time around. Just make sure when you experiment that you don't overdo it. If you intend on improving keep things simple at first.
