Why is that no one is giving him actual feedback?

Well, first lets start with the good: It's far better than anything I could ever do.

Now, the "Vipervimal productions" text in the back looks out of place. I like what you're trying to do, and think it's a good idea, but it really does not blend with the rest of the image. Same goes for the black background behind the text. Perhaps implementing that text into the wall behind the character would be a better fit?

Now, the character himself. It looks great, and is a fantastic idea in my opinion. Perhaps you should try some shadowing effects? If you look at it carefully, you can tell that the image was implemented, which is not good. You want the character to appear as if he is on the side walk, not in front of the image. Whereas I'm not a photoshop master, I don't know the terminology to tell you exactly what to do to fix that, but like I said try adding some shadowing effects and see if that helps.
