back on topic the border is rotten i suggest going for a more simple kind like a cinematic one a black bar on top and bottom with maybe some times a 1px border on sides or just a 1px border all round. text is bad but not many people are good at text including me lol.The pyramid of bars looks crap and the background is very plain overall i give it a begginers 4/5

Text kills it... I suggest you take off the text and add something casual if you need to add a text.
Tip: Numbers + Text ruin sigs.

thats not always true. but the sig is ehh. its ok for a beginner but i think irish summed it up. border is bad. text is bad. and bg is super plain. keep looking at tuts. i suggest just googling "forum signature tutorials" and going to images. they have some nice tuts there.
