Really a good amount of it is the same as CS4, except some changes and new features. So you could look at some old tutorials but I am sure some new ones will be released.

It works with CS5 all so.

They only new things in CS5 is content aware tool, puppet tool, and few other things,nothing that will affect you when doing that tut.
