thats not something the average editor can do. i personally edit to and I'm just intermediate. I'm pretty sure its done in Adobe After Effects though

haha yh lol i had a go with my own footage and it didnt come out too well couldnt get a good enough lock on type thing i made mine in photo shop, i guess that guy that edited that corma keyered that from the AVP game hmm

I could do it , and make you a tutorial if you want, but it would be a text tutorial with video not a commentary because i dont have a mic

The first effect would be rather easy if you only want the triangle and not the effect around the edge, but the second one is quite difficult , basic motion tracking for the text but not sure about the other effects, i can try and figure it out though if you really want both.
