What i want to know is, is there any diffrences between the two.
I know one is more exspensive which means it probably has diffrent/better features but what are those and would you advise buying the first one or would I be better of buying the second?

I will be selling it IF i get a HD PVR.

Don't get the tv one ( the top one) get the bottom one. The top one I think can only be used with a special program that you buy and most people have the bottom one so I guess ur better of getting the bottom one .

The white box will not be able to record your PS3 in HD. You will need the HD PVR and use component cables to record HD. Unless you are recording SD, then you could use either box.

i have the 2nd one works like a charm the 1st one wont let you record video games

The first one you can record gaming, just not in HD
