I think when you down sized it you decreased the width more than the height so it looks stretched out. IMO it is way too bright.

Like was already said it's stretched out.
When resizing in PS press Ctrl + t.
Hold the Shift key when resizing.
It stops the render from stretching.

yea, i learnt that by myself after someone told me mine was stretched. check out my post...thanks
