i know you don't have any c4s so i cant really be harsh about it though it is a little plain you should of added some brushes or effects on the left and mabey a gradient or pattern or sonething to fill up the space.

7/10 look rlly great the cuts could of been cleaner

just search for them on render sites , also don't add such a plastic looking filter .

You don't have to download c4d's. Just save them... Also, you need to add a lot more effects in there. Make the render cleaner and nicer, i think it's kind of bad quality. Use brushes too. And of course you need a good background.
But, I know you are new, so it will all come in time.

Yeah I know I dont even really have a lot of brushes and all the background is is clouds with brushes added! I only used one brush and switched back an forth with 2 colors! So yeah I only have the stock brushes that CS3 comes with so yeah!

To me, That looks mega plain.

It looks like,

One or two renders (I think one),
Background with random dots,
Text,

You need to work on your flow of your signatures. Try watching some tutorials and get a decent background that goes nicely with the signature.

@123tna321, You rate good GFX artists bad and bad (no offense) good. So, either learn to rate or don't even bother please.
