Moving to slow and the avatar all it is, is text and a stroke..

Colours don't really match (the blue and pink). The line is too thick, and yeah, it's too slow.

It's different. Would change the colors, black, blue, and pink are just clashing together crazy. I like the text font, boldness, and the underline you have. For the scanline have it go a bit faster and bounce back or disappear and start again, it looks bad just stopping at the end for 3 seconds and then starting over.
