Nice, very similar to you "smile" tag, although that one has better composition.
You should work on the depth some more, you made pretty much the whole background and some parts of the focal blurred which doesnt make much sense.
Sharpen up the things closer to the focal, as to make them feel closer and gently blur the trees in the background, as to make them seem further away.
You went a bit overboard on the blurring in this one.
Also the left part of the woman is very dark.
Starting off a nice style, but it needs some refining, just work on those things ^

yeah i know i have made a tutorial on this one so i redid this tag and it came out better

I'm not sure about the blending, it just seems random. I like what you tried with the light sources though. Try to create depth by bringing out the things closer the viewer's eye. For example, the hands are sharp, yet half the hat is blurred out.
Overall a decent sig, but yet a lot you can improve on. Keep up the good work !
