I don't know much about sigs, but from the looks its very nice, just a little bright where woulvarine is, the brightness around him doesn't quite fit in with rest of darkened picture.
still, 4/5

It's too sharp around wolverine,It goes from bright to dark too quickly and it goes from normal to blurred too quickly.TBH this sig was not a good time to put a lighting effect that dramatic.Also the light is all wrong it should be going the opposite direction to the renders shadows.The blurred blue light thing in the left is distracting and I don't think the colours suit well.Overall not your best but try again and remember this is only my opinion.

What i really need is a nice render to work from, rather than working from the background...

Irish got it exactly right, it changes from being sharp and light to dark quickly... if it was a smoother transition it would look top! I would give it 8/10

the blue sphere reminds me of the firefox logo lol

IMO looks to sharp around wolverine and as irish said goes from blurred to it quickly, like to see a updated version if you do it

Remove the text too. Completely ruins it
