easy caps have very bad sound quality if you record from the easycap buy a 1 male 3.5mm to two female device then plug the av cables in there and your other set of av cables that goes to your t.v, you will also have to change the sound recording settings to your microphone jack in the easycap software. This solved my issues with the sound.

I would if I had any videos on there but I don't, I just record for fun and may be uploading my first montage soon. Also Make sure your easycap isn't a fake by checking the following.
1. Does it Say EzCap or EasyCap? Easycap = Fake, EzCap = Real
2. What is the color of the writing above Gold or White? Gold = Real, White peelable letters = Fake.
3. The female inputs should have a gold plating (real) where you can plug a male into it, not a nickel plate. (fake)

mine says easycap does that means its fake

Yeah i think so, i would not worry about it too much, i have the same one as you and so long as you render the videos properly i doubt many people would tell any difference between them?

The file you sent me has the same error, I need the original file that you recorded with.
But on the one you sent me, The sound level is really high.
