Ok, so near the beggining of the video at 0:18 you can see that they edited whats on the tv. I want to figure out how to do that. I want to edit stuff onto tv screens in mw2. So to do that...What video editor do i need? im currently using adobe premier elements 4.0
And is there a tutorial somewhere to do this. I really want to do this so if you can help me i will rep you. Thanks

I am not sure what that editing program is capable of because i have never used it but it is pretty simple in sony vegas

This should help, i know it is slightly different but just do it on a tv screen instead....

If you want it to be on a tv screen while you are moving this may be a bit more difficult but i would use adobe after effects. The motion tracking plugin is really useful and works well in most cases, especially with HD footage

If you want to put it onto a TV screen while the footage is moving then you will need to use adobe after effects and motion track it, if the footage is still then you can use sony vegas
