(The screen is blue, when there's not cable to my ps3.) For the set-up I followed this youtube video:

Then I connected it all like in the video and now when I go to my ps3 "channel" it says: "No cable found" So I tried it on the other possible "channels" and I get the same error.

Now my main question is, how I can solve this problem.

well have you tried trading it in for new 1 or adjusting ur ps3 display settings from hdmi or watever to normal so u cn use tht???

Could it be that your TV is PAL and the Easycap you bought is NTSC?

where can I see that, or how can I know ths?
