You're getting better but don't add all those white speckles lol. Makes me think of something else. Also the border is too big and the wrong color for this sig. Last I don't like you're dimensions you use. Try 325x125 or 350x125

You should have smudged the c4d to the left , don't make the guy orange , it look wierd .
The border is too big and don't put outer glow on your text . 6/10 , You'll become better.
