Your last two tags are pretty decent, it seems you've definitely gotten some techniques under your belt at that point. However, your focals are now more indistinguishable than they used to be, and the effects, while not bad, are a bit too uncontrolled and unpolished.

Keep at it.

Thanks I haven't done graphics in sometime so i'm just getting resources right now. Thanks for some of the tips, also I use Photoshop CS5.

As for the tags, you have a common problem, positioning.

Ya I know its not good to put the render or focal point in the middle and i'm trying to work on that.
