outline around him makes it look bad
text is nice IMO
maybe tone down the brushing
lighting is a bit off

This is kinda racist :/ if you think about the render and the name :/

OT: The render looks pretty low quality to me and also the clouds(?) look really cartoony and out of place. The render could be blended in with the background more, too.

Lol, no. Couldn't think of a good name, so just did something. xD

And yea, resizing a stock will f*ck the quality. :( The clouds (?) are smudges brushes + blurred.

Yeah, they look like really low quality clouds in my opinion :/
