The, what look like, blue lens flares are putting me off along with the text I recommend removing the text and instead of what look like lens flares make a soft round brush around 50px and add a dark enough colour and put it on Linear dodge.

Thanks. Flow makes it sometimes nicer, but isn't necessary

Dude it's very nice but i prefer keeping the text as when it has no text it looks weird but that's IMO.

Very nice smudge, love the flow off the arms but not to should about the text although it does go with her top :S lol
