The penning is pretty good. (although the pen tool isnt that hard to use once you get the hang of it) I like how you made the bikini top blue. It just bring the picture to life. It seems like theres a little bit too much of a lens flare. Like the one on the shoulder is fine, tho others on the body, meh, just a little bit too much. I love the cloud effect on the bottom, E.P.I.C.

This is certainly not the Pen tool mastered this is basics of it down..You render a bikini and made glow lines (and more)...Certainly don't think you've mastered it or you'll never get any better.Use this criticism to look up more tutorials for the Pen Tool and get better as right now you certainly haven't mastered it...Also the effects in this all look outta place try work on keeping to a concept like the cloud was a start maybe if you made everything more angelic?
