Looking good man, the only tips I could give you are not that important but meh.
imho that background (the blobs or w/e they are) doesn't match with that lightning :\
Also make the top black bar same size as bottom one :p
Also, what font did you use?

PS, I had that girl as my wallpaper for 2 months :p

I don't like the low opacity brushes but I guess their the only thing keeping the flow proper, I don't like the monosity of the tone, and that is such an overused render xD
The flow is nice but you've made better.
