At that size don't call it a signature.

As for the work, not much really done.
All I can say for now is invest some time in tutorials.

The text is ok, shouldn't have duplicated the render. Maybe look at some tutorials on effects and add some to this. Also, juts generally look at some tuts. Winky Winky

I would say make the background more of a sky blue and make the text the same orange colour as charizard and it may look better, keep at it Winky Winky
