Basically just applied what I knew from Gimp into Photoshop but messed around with some of the tools I wasn't used to. Yeah I know its plain on the left and right side. If anyone has any way that i could improve on that please let me know . CnC Please.

lol ya I know =p. I was going for sorta of a nice flow.

nice effects but you need a real background...a red to white gradient won't do it.

I would prefer render>clouds then overlay the cloud to get best results. Anyways, for your first, its pretty good... far better than my first.

It might look better with a blurred city stock as a background or some other type of urban area. I can't see render clouds working out too well.

I'd say cut down on the noise surrounding the guy. Other than that, it's pretty nice.
