decent, make the sig smaller, 400x150 the most...
put more effort into the background...
work on your text, dont write so much...

Really cool, love the 3d effects and positioning. BG looks good. The stock goes well with everything. Only thing I would change is how much text there is. Only thing though, with the right amount of text, the center would look a little empty, so you may want to add some cool renders/effects around there. Also, for a sig, it is pretty big.
