I mean it as Country. For UK you need EasyCap.

ooh seriously, well do you have to pick the one that is with your country or what? because i just ordered an easycap and i live in the US..

I think EasyCap works in both. But your computers USB has to be 2.0.

Yh, Laptops are 2.0. I also recomened searching for [eZo]Insiders tutorial on setting it up.
