ive search google and found some useless result. i just wanna know how he did the background around him and the c4d effect around the legs and the shine effect. basically everything. thank you

The background looks like a darkened google maps picture with a rainbow gradient over it.

You can put a C4D over his legs, and then erase parts, thats probably what was done here.

The glow effect may be pre-made or just a white brush.

a goggle map background wtf(i dont get you)? you know on the foot it looks like air velocity, how do u do that. And the c4d looks like its from the jeans.

The part about the foot is called blending. They may have changed the color of the c4d to fit in better, or it may have come like that.

And I meant a google maps picture, like one taken from space.

I'm guessing a lot of Displaceing and clipping masks for around the legs.
