Ugly text.
Pretty empty.
Lighting is bad. (Render is way to bright.)
Render isn't blended well.
Render seems slapped on.
Render has Eminem in it :n: (Just my opinion, don't hate)
This would probably look better with a border and some different render positioning.
Since you said you got stuff from psd's, I'm not sure if you made the background or if you just found it from another file.
Smudging around the render looks bad.
Text looks ugly (O wait I said that twice, I guess I must mean that )

I really like it but here is some CnC from a ehhh GFX artist.

Right side seems a little empty try moving the text up a bit.
I dont really like the smudge on his left shoulder.
Try adding a border
