Where you can buy or download, starter edition software (very similar to photoshop) for FREE or at a fraction of the cost
I've been using the site for years and the latest graphics software from them is compatible with photoshop files (preserve layers ect)

The other site which i only found yesterday is amazing, really didn't think you could get digital art to look so realistic !!
