No flow.
The splatter behind the text feels like more of a focal then the render itself.
Smudging just seems random since it's not behind the render or coming out of it.
Lighting is bad.
Not a huge fan of the bg.
I don't really like the render because the hand covers most of the face which is the focal and nothing should really cover the focal.
Lacks depth.

Look at tutorials and keep practicing. I recommend you take more time on your sigs. I have seen you post like 4-5 things today. I usually spend several hours on each sig I make, sometimes I'll even spend a day or two. Just keep at it though .
