Check your Audio input setting. Make sure it is also the capture card and not a PC Microphone. If you can't figure it out, let me know what capture card and recording software you are using, will gladly figure it out for you from there.

I would be checking that all your setting on the PC are linked to the ps3 through the device and vise versa. If that doesn't work upload your setup so we can see the full image. Hope things work out
