Only difference is the color.

It looks low quality for some reason, and also looks kinda grainy?

Agreed its Low Quality. The background is like you zoomed in too much on it and so its blurred out a little.

Black and white isn't as good as the coloured versions, as for Version 1 and 2 I don't see any major differences, a small colour change (as you have stated) I like v1 the best as I think the orange goes best with the blue instead of pink/purple.
Though it lacks depth I like the lighting and composition. It does look a little blurry/low quality in the left/bottom left.

Note to self: In future tags, don't use any texture that looks similar to the stereotypical "low quality" look.

I actually like it.
Not the Black and white one.
Nice plain and simple.
