1. I like the smudging, but think in some places the red wasn't necessary. (IMO)
2. Good job on blending the render in.
3. Text isn't good, too dark. I suggest using lighter colors, but all depends what your working on.

Haha man i jused used the render, and selective coulor for the red I used a clipping mask for the text so its kinda difficult to get it lighter without it blending in too much. I do agree that im terrible at text tho.

You did a good job on the smudging part but i disagree with inferno about the blending, it looks weird on the shoulder part (or whatever that blue thing is), i think you could have done a better job with that...it looks kinda grainy on the right side idk why, and you could have probably added some depth to it a little, the text should probably be in a different place so it doesn't look too camouflaged....im not a big fan of anime but it looks ok

Ok i will try that... also its a cape, and i know... im trying to get this style right... its in a tutorial for a style pretty much. Anyways, thanks for the feedback.
