(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); K so i decided to try using lesssmudge and more everything else... i still used quite a bit of smudge but i feel it doesnt overpower the sig. I know it has no text cause i always fail epicly at it. if you want to see the psd then i can post a screenie or something but i didnt think that was necessary. I know i still suck, but im working at unrusting and i think im think im getting better.

Me Likey!!! but heres the down: The left and right side is too empty. Stretch the effects you put with the focal out. might work?

What are you talking about lol? The clipping mask is clearly visible, look at the sig, he used a brush and then clipping mask, it just looks all blended in and that's good because it's suppose too.....but your example work is not as well blended in with the clipping mask, try to make it more natural and not like if just comes out of no where

This one is mean as man! This is cool as! I like the 'less smudge' approach your going towards. It nice as. Looks smooth.
And there is definitely a focus point in this one.

I agree with conrad i cant see the clipping masks but i do like the sig

That is the idea. Like krush said that's what it's supposed to look like

that was the point of my clip masking, making it look natural is boring, the last sig it helped produce a slight depth effect. or my current sig you can see i did it in the bottom right with another bar, adds a nice flow
