Make sure your Component cords going out of the Hauppauge are not faulty with any cuts or sharp twist/bends.

Check all of the HD PVr's program settings to make sure the output is to your desired setting and make sure your TV is on the right channel.

If you still need help, let me know.

Have you switched your Channel on PS3 To Component Output?

You might need to reset the ps3 settings for video. Turn it off then hold the power button till you here a delayed click. The ps3 should ask to change ur video settings then do so.

If you hooked up the PVR to a HD output on the T.V. Its going to get that channel. So the trick is finding the channel that has an Input, and an Output. So your ps3 is connected to the input and the pvr the output.

If you ever change your video settings on your ps3, and you can't see it on the T.V. anymore, and YOU HAVEN'T **** with the T.V. .then turn your ps3 off, then hold the power button till it beeps twice. Try doing this a couple times, and you should get it working. :black:

What this does is set the ps3 to the last video mode you used for it. When you switch from SD to HD you have to do this.
